Welcome to Milk and Butter Media! By booking or purchasing any of our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Services
Milk and Butter Media provides traditional and digital marketing and creative services, including but not limited to: branding, logo design, website design & SEO, social media management, public relations, influencer management, copywriting, email marketing, and photography.
All services will be delivered as outlined in your chosen package or custom agreement.
2. Payments

All services must be paid upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment confirms your booking and secures your project start date.

Prices are listed in AUD and subject to change at Milk and Butter Media’s discretion.
3. Response Times

Once a service is booked and payment is confirmed, please allow 2–3 business days for our team to revert back to you with next steps, timelines, or consultation details.

Communication will be conducted via email unless otherwise arranged.
4. Right to Decline Work
Milk and Butter Media reserves the right to decline or discontinue any project or service at our sole discretion. This may include (but is not limited to) work that conflicts with our values, brand direction, schedule capacity, or legal/ethical standards. If we decline work after payment has been made and before commencement, a full refund will be issued.
5. Refund Policy

Initial Consultation: Once the initial consultation has been completed and the client decides to move forward, all fees become non-refundable.

Change of Mind: If you decide not to proceed before the initial consultation, a refund (minus any processing fees) may be issued.

Completed Work: No refunds will be given once work has commenced on your project.

Promotional Services: Any promotional services (such as discounted bundles, seasonal offers, or limited-time campaigns) are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

Change of Mind (Before Commencement): If you decide not to proceed with a booked service prior to commencement, payments will not be refunded but may be applied as a credit towards another Milk and Butter Media service.
6. Rolling Plans & Subscriptions

Clients on rolling monthly plans (e.g., social media management, EDM marketing, PR retainers) will be billed for a full month at the start of each cycle.

It is the client’s responsibility to cancel their plan when required.

If cancellation occurs, the client will still be charged for the current month in full, but no further charges will apply for subsequent months.
7. Project Timelines

Timelines for completion will be outlined before work begins.

Delays caused by the client (e.g., late approvals, missing assets, or unresponsiveness) may extend delivery deadlines.
8. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide all necessary information, assets, and approvals in a timely manner.

Milk and Butter Media will not be held responsible for project delays caused by missing or delayed client input.
9. Intellectual Property

Final approved work becomes the property of the client once full payment is received.

Milk and Butter Media reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, website, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.
10. Liability

Milk and Butter Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

While every effort is made to achieve results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., media placement, SEO rankings, social engagement).
11. Amendments

Reasonable revisions are included in service packages as outlined.

Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges, discussed and agreed upon prior to implementation.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, booking, or continuing to work with Milk and Butter Media, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
