Cancellation Policy
By proceeding with a booking, you (“the Client”) acknowledge and agree to the following Booking Policy. You also confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted Milk and Butter Media’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy available on our website. All bookings are subject to full payment at the time of purchase (unless otherwise agreed in writing). Once a booking has been received, please allow 2–3 business days for our team to review your request, confirm the details, and provide next steps. Some services may also require an initial consultation or briefing before work can commence. Milk and Butter Media reserves the right to decline or discontinue work at our sole discretion. This may apply to projects that conflict with our values, brand direction, scheduling capacity, or legal and ethical standards. If work is declined after payment and before commencement, a full refund will be issued. All payments are non-refundable once the initial consultation has taken place and the client chooses to proceed. For a change of mind prior to commencement, payments cannot be refunded but may be applied as a credit toward another Milk and Butter Media service. Clients on rolling or subscription-style plans may cancel at any time in writing, however, the current month must be paid in full and cancellations will take effect from the following billing cycle. Promotional or discounted services are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Deliverables, timelines, and outputs will be defined at the time of booking and/or consultation. While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances and/or if the client does not provide required information, approvals, or feedback. Milk and Butter Media is not responsible for delays caused by client inaction or late communication. Ownership of all final deliverables (logos, branding, photography, copy, websites, etc.) will only be transferred once full payment has been received. Until then, all work remains the property of Milk and Butter Media. We also reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing. By confirming your booking and ticking the acceptance box, you: - Agree to this Booking Policy in full. - Confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. - Accept that this agreement is legally binding.
